February is a pretty busy month but it will surely be full of fun and
learning in Pre-K!
First, on February 10th Ash Wednesday, it marks the beginning
of Lent. We will be talking about Lent and why it is important for the Church. 
Second, February is “I Love to Read” month! In honour of this, I would like each student
to bring in their favourite story book to share with the class. I will take turns reading the books as the
students bring them in.
Please follow this schedule:

Wed. Feb. 17th ~ James
Fri. Feb. 19th ~ Tony
Wed. Feb. 24th ~ Blair and Huxley

Third, it
is also Valentine’s
Day this month.
The Pre-K’s will be having their Valentine’s Day Party on Wed. Feb. 10th. We will hand out Valentines and do Valentines
themed activities. Please have your
child make three (3) Valentines with ONLY his/her name on it. This will make it easier when the children
pass them out as they cannot read one another’s names.
